With the POWERPREP® practice tests (free POWERPREP® Online and POWERPREP PLUS® Online), you'll experience a simulation of the actual computer-delivered GRE® General Test that includes the test-taker friendly design features you'll encounter on test day, like moving back and forth between questions and changing answers within a section. The practice tests also provide the following accommodations that simulate the experience of testing with accommodations:

If you would prefer a professionally printed guide to the PowerPrep tests that I co-authored, with detailed explanations to all 320 questions, then go here. The download link to the old PowerPrep software is helpful, too-since the PowerPrep Online tests aren't always functional. I have the old Mac versions of the software, if anyone is interested. Start POWERPREP II, Version 2.2 Software Once you have installed POWERPREP II, you can start the software by following these steps: 1. From the Windows Start menu, click All Programs. Open the POWERPREP II group, and click Launch POWERPREP II. When the web browser opens to the POWERPREP II Software page, review. And as with PowerPrep II for Windows, the Mac version gives you the ability to review incorrect questions (a great learning tool!) after you’ve completed the test. So to my fellow Mac users and seekers of higher education: put down the earl grey latte, take out your headphones, and give up your much sought-after seat at the coffee house.
